    • Orders placed on Fridays, Saturdays, or during public holiday periods may experience delays.
  • Free Shipping:
    • Free shipping is available for orders over 90$ within USA.
    • Free shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts and promotions are applied.
  • Shipping Carriers: Orders are shipped via third-party carriers such as Amazon, Fedex, USPS, DHL. Shipping fees vary based on the delivery address and order size.
  • Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically dispatched within 3-5 business days. However, delivery may take up to 5-7 business days depending on stock availability and weather conditions.
  • Warehouse Location: Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Istanbul.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, carrier details and the estimated delivery date will be shared via email.

Returns Policy:

    • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
